Dan Beaupré Founder - One Giant Leap / National Geographic alumnus

Dan is the founder and principal of One Giant Leap, LLC, bringing life-changing educational experiences to children, ages 5-95. He previously served as Vice President, Experiences, in the National Geographic Society’s Education division, leading the Society’s experience-based education programs. He created the Giant Maps program, which brings gym-sized maps to schools in the United States and abroad, the National Geographic Explorers Camp, and the GeoChallenge. He’s the recipient of awards and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Danish-American Fulbright Commission and the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. In 1998, he received the Distinguished Teacher Award from the White House. Dan has a B.A. in History from the University of Vermont and a M.Ed. from Harvard University.

Ken Gormley President - Duquesne University

Ken is the President of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Ken earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977, summa cum laude and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1980. A renowned author, Gormley has written several books, including The Death of American Virtue: Clinton vs. Starr, a New York Times bestseller. Gormley has appeared on the Today Show, The Charlie Rose Show, Hardball, NPR’s Fresh Air, and radio shows worldwide.​

Vince Sherry Supervising Producer - CNN America

Vince is an award-winning television Producer/Writer whose work has appeared on NBC, PBS, Discovery, TNT, TLC, Fox, CourtTV, Lifetime, and internationally on Discovery International, BBC, Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) and a host of other outlets. He is currently Supervising Producer for Forensic Files, which is being produced by CNN/Turner. In 2018, he won a national Emmy Award as Producer/Writer for Xploration Earth 2050, an educational show on future technology that was broadcast nationally on the Fox Network and internationally on the BBC.

Brent D. Glass Director Emeritus ~ Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History

Brent is Director Emeritus of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, the world’s largest museum devoted to telling the story of America. A national leader in the preservation, interpretation, and promotion of history, Glass is a public historian who, since 2012, has provided management and consulting services to more than 50 museums, historical organizations, and cultural institutions throughout the USA and in other countries. His most recent book, 50 Great American Places (Simon and Schuster, 2016), explores the power of essential historic sites and how they illuminate core themes in American history.​

Brendan Bray Director - Harpers Ferry Center, National Park Service

Brendan is the Director of the National Park Service’s Harpers Ferry Center for Media Services (HFC), which is committed to enhancing the visitor experience in national parks through the use of relevant, compelling interpretive media. Brendan formerly served as Chief Operating Officer for the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries at NOAA, and was a member of the government’s scientific support team during emergency response and natural resource damage assessment phases of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who excels at navigating and managing strategic, technical and organizational challenges.

Bill Erdman Past President - Keystone Consulting Engineers

​Bill is the past President of Keystone Consulting Engineers and is currently serving in the role of Project Manager for land development proposals. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Drexel University in 1970 and his Professional Engineer license in 1983. During his career, Bill has been involved in numerous community organizations such as the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Emmaus Rotary Club, Lehigh County Association of Township Supervisors currently as President, St. Luke’s Allentown Hospital Board, Wildlands Conservancy, Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers Lehigh Valley Chapter, American Society of Civil Engineers Lehigh Valley Chapter, Lehigh County Board of View and Lehigh County Conservation District currently as Chair.

During his time as a business coach, he has assisted owners, executives, front-line leaders, and sales professionals in manufacturing, retail, non-profit, government, professional services, and technology sectors achieve greater results. Moe worked in sales and marketing operations in the health care industry for over 15 years. He has worked with companies in the Middle East and Europe to complete military and agricultural projects. He is also a full-time professor teaching management and strategy to graduate and undergraduate university students since 2015.

Jennifer Swann Biological Sciences Professor - Lehigh University

Jennifer is an educator committed to environmental sustainability. As a professor in the Department of Biological Sciences, she worked with faculty, staff, and students to address food insecurity and waste on Lehigh University’s campus. Her work with members of the Easton Hunger Coalition secured an Infy Maker Award for a battery-powered cooler to assist in gleaning food from local farms. As an active member of Allentown’s Environmental Advisory Council, she advocated for reducing single-use plastics. She served as board president of the Coalition for Appropriate Transportation advocating for micro-mobility to improve our environment.

Beth is the Marketing Relations and Field Manager for DRAW Collective Architecture in Pittsburgh, PA which provides architecture and design services for educational, health and wellness, and community places that matter. She was previously business development manager for Facility Support Services, LLC, in Pittsburgh, PA which provides general construction and renovation services for commercial, federal, and Department of Defense agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region.​

Alan has been in marketing and advertising for close to 35 years. He provides custom advertising and marketing strategies for small to medium size businesses. He is also a seasoned musician who still performs live across PA and NJ and has opened up for some international acts such as Peter Frampton.
