Raymond Ghelardi Chairman
Ray has served over thirty years as an expert in the valuation of privately held companies. He is former Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the second largest independent valuation firm in the nation. Prior to his career in finance, he spent a decade as a city planner and environmental activist, having served on the advisory staff of the Massachusetts Secretary of Environmental Affairs and as an officer in the New England Chapter of the Sierra Club. He is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |

Mary Ellen Snyder Executive Director/Co-founder
Mary Ellen is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the Earthwalk USA map and the National Scenic Visitors Center. Her AT&T career included serving as National Account Manager, leading teams through an international Oracle implementation, and managing the Enterprise Project Management team at Agere. A Public Director on the Board of the Lehigh County Conservation District, she served as Chair for 8 years. Ms. Snyder attended Brown University and Indiana University; she earned her Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. A passionate environmentalist, she initiated several successful public service projects to preserve or restore natural resources in Illinois and Pennsylvania, and received the AT&T Enviromental Award. |

Matt Kambic Vice-Chair/Co-founder
Matt is Vice-Chair and Co-founder of the National Scenic Visitors Center and Earthwalk USA map. Matt’s client portfolio includes Disney, The National Robotics Engineering Center, Carnegie Mellon University, The Magic Woods TV program, Robomatter, and Kennywood Amusement Park. He has served in roles as producer, writer, designer, filmmaker, musician, and illustrator. He is author of the award-winning science fiction adventure Everest Rising and a playwright, most recently writing and directing The Sherpa & the Beekeeper ~ Summit on Everest. He served on the Board of the Nine Mile Run Watershed Association, is an Eagle Scout, and profound appreciator of maps. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Matt currently lives in Raglan New Zealand. |

Phil Reeder Director
Phil is Dean of Duquesne University’s Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Science. His research and areas of expertise focus on environmental change, paleo-climate and landscape evolution, environmental education, sustainability and the human role in environmental change, and cultural landscape evolution. Prior to joining the Bayer School as Dean, Dr. Reeder served as Director of the Environmental Science and Policy Program in the College of Arts and Sciences, Geography Department, at the University of Southern Florida. |

Waverly Walker Director
Waverly has more than 20 years of progressive experience in business/technical relationship management, business/ systems analysis and software testing and project/program management. She is skilled at establishing effective communication between technical and user communities, providing status and issue resolution reporting to executive management, finding innovative solutions and identifying process improvements and recognizing new business opportunities. Waverly also owns and operates a family nature adventure camp. |

Bill Royer Director
Bill has worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland, with additional executive education at the University of Virginia and Duke University. Bill was employed by Bethlehem Steel, selling steel in Ohio and serving 7 years as Manager of Human Resources for the IT business group of the Corporation. Bill was President of Chesapeake Bay Magazine for 6 years, then founded a consulting firm, Transition Group, Inc. in 2006 which concentrates on Organizational Development, Human Resources and Sales. |

Anita Erdős Forrester Director
Anita is Associate Professor of Geography and Environmental Studies, and the Program Director of the Global Studies program at Northampton Community College. She graduated with a BA in both political science and in geography, and then an MA in geography from Hunter College of the CUNY. More recently she completed her EdD in Global and International Education from Drexel University. Growing up internationally, Anita has learned to appreciate the diversity that exists on our planet. Her passion is bringing global and environmental education and awareness to her students and to as many people as she can. |
